1.嫩豆腐一块,用盐水浸泡十五分钟捞出冲洗。

2.把豆腐切正方形大块,放入电饼铛中煎制。

3.一面煎至金黄后,翻面煎另一面。

4.两面煎好后装入盘中。

5.炒锅烧热,放少许花生油,将尖椒放入煸炒。

6.加大半碗清水,将十三香,白胡椒粉,辣椒油,生抽,陈醋放入搅匀,沸腾一会儿后关火,放入葱花香菜略微炒匀。

7.将炒好的汤汁浇到豆腐块上即可。
